Charles Has a Home!

I am elated to share the news that Charles has finally found his purrfect forever home!  Charles is now living his life to its fullest with a fellow FIV+ cat named Butch and his loving owner.  I am so grateful for all who have helped to find Charles a home.  He is such a great cat and I'm so pleased he now has the full attention of his own human and also has the company of another cat!

It Was a Grey Day

After a beautiful weekend, we had a rainy start to the week.  I caught this photo of Charles and my own grey cat, Beeker, peering out the back door.

Catnip at Its Source

Charles loves catnip and found the newly emerging catnip plant in my herb garden.  This video shows him slightly under the influence!

The Great Outdoors

Charles has been helping me prepare my garden.  He is such a social cat and follows me everywhere.  I call his name, and he starts "chirping" in response and runs right over!

Bling

Charles got a new collar and tag today. Isn't he stunning?

Venturing Out

Charles enjoyed some fresh air and exercise today.  He was a bit confused about the harness and leash, but eventually came to terms, realizing he was still able to walk after all!  He kept quite busy the entire time and followed me up and down the hill as I worked in the yard.

Goof

Charles was particularly happy today since it was Saturday and I was home to give him extra cuddle time!  He struck a particularly goofy pose this morning!
